Why are the label colors for a conditional field on a report not appearing correctly on the corresponding dashboard?
Answer:
- The user must first specify what color should appear in the dashboard for each label in the conditional field.
- The user must also set Group rows by to the Conditional Field (In this example, Status Group) for the report in order for the colors they specified to appear on the dashboard. If the user does not set Group rows by to the Conditional Field, default colors appear in the dashboard rather than the ones specified in the Conditional Field in the report.
