How to display Approved and Staged status on Presentations on Veeva CRM Offline Platforms?

Answer:

  1. Ensure to provide Read Field Level Security (FLS) on the status__v field on the CLM_Presentation_vod__c object for the CLM Test End User.
  2. Be sure that the appropriate SHOW_INFORMATION Veeva Message is activated, and accessible for the CLM Test End User.
  3. Check/tick the Enable_CLM_Testing_Features_vod__c field on the User record of the CLM Test End User.
  4. Clear the Veeva Cache online, and Run Database Refresh offline for the CLM Test End User.
Note: Promoting a Salesforce end user to be a CLM Test End User is recommended to test this scenario. A CLM Test End User is any generic Salesforce user whose Enable_CLM_Testing_Features_vod__c field is set to true on its user record.

When this configuration is completed, a status overlay displays on Presentation thumbnails so content creators can effectively identify which Presentation is Staged and which is Approved.
