How to add a new Submission Type in Vault?

Answer:

A Submission type is related with the Controlled vocabulary object. A Vault admin is able to create a new Submission Type from the Controlled vocabulary object records. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Objects.
2. Select the Controlled Vocabulary object.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select the Display in Business Admin menu.
5. Click Save.
6. Go to Business Admin and select the Controlled Vocabularies.
7. Click on the Create button.
8. Create a new record with the Controlled Vocabulary Type: Submission Type.
9. Enter other values and Save the changes.
10. Navigate to Admin Configuration --> Constraints.
11. Create a new constraints record for this newly created Submission Type.
12. Create a new Submission record. The newly created Submission Type can be selected.
