The user creates a Survey based on Account Types (Account_Types_vod). Even though some Account Types are inactive, they are included in the Survey.
Can inactive Account Record Types be removed from the Account_Types_vod picklist value in CRM Survey?
This is working as designed. Inactive Account Types display in the Survey_vod.Account_Types_vod field.
The customer should submit an Enhancement Request in Veeva Connect to suggest this change.
