Does Vault play videos that are embedded within source documents?

Answer:

Vault does not play embedded videos within source documents at this time. The embedded videos are flattened within the Viewable Rendition that is generated by Vault.

There are two ways in which this can be addressed in Vault:

• Allow users to download the source document, which contains the embedded videos
• Upload the embedded videos as separate documents and then relate them to the affected document using a Document Relationship
