Question:
Why is there only one Send Email Button for Accounts with multiple Suggestions offline?
Answer:
Sent Email Suggestions are grouped Offline based on the Email_Template_vod field.
- Suggestions with the same Email Template are grouped together
- Suggestions with no email Templates are grouped together
