Why are the Accounts, which have the Inactive checkbox checked still visible in Veeva CRM, although the user cleared the cache or performed a full Database refresh?
This sort of behavior occurs when the client has a custom field in the CRM Org with a similar name, such as Inactive_XYZ__c and it is placed on the Profile Layout. Since this is a custom field, having this enabled (checked) does not automatically make such Accounts invisible to the user by default.
