How can availability or uptime metrics be accessed for Vault?
Answer:
Vault Availability Metrics are published quarterly in a Vault Availability Report document and these reports are available in the Veeva Compliance Documents Vault. The metrics are Vault wide, meaning metrics are not available at the individual Vault or POD level.
Access to the Veeva Compliance Documents Vault can be provided by opening a ticket with Veeva Support.
