We encourage Veeva customers to make Product Suggestions by creating a post within the respective Product Community:

Community Post Recommendations
Refer to the Product Support Community Participation Guidelines when posting a question or product suggestion to the Community. These guidelines identify recommendations for how maintain the friendliness & courteous nature of the community.
Vote for a product Feature
Our Product teams review all posts for the planning of a development roadmap for future Vault releases. Customers have the opportunity to add their voice behind these ideas through voting to let Veeva know that a particular feature is popular. On each post you read, use the Up or Down arrow to add your vote to these posts:
Post Status Indicators
A status is added to each community post to let the customer know if the feature is Planned or Not Planned. In addition, an Answered status determines that an answer is provided by Veeva staff. Note: Each Veeva staff member is identified by a title next to their name. The In-Progress status determines that the post is being worked and may need more input from the customer.
In the following example, the post is Answered by Veeva Staff. It has one vote for this product enhancement (The number of votes indicates the popularity of that suggested feature), and there are three comments within the post (from the originator, Veeva staff, and possibly another customer):
Note: The user must have a Support Portal login account in order to post to the Community.
