Hong Kong is displayed as a country in Veeva Network. Is it possible to add Hongkong in State/Province drop-down list as a region under China?

Answer:

It is following ISO standard and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan are listed as Country list selections. Therefore, it is not possible to add it as a State/Province of China.
