Question:
How can an end-user delete calls Online and Offline in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
An end-user can delete Calls if the user has Delete access on the Calls and the Call is not in a Submitted state.
- Online:
- Log on as the end-user.
- Click My Schedule.
- Select the Week or Month view.
- Point the mouse on the Call and right-click and hold.
- Select Delete from the Action Menu.
NOTE: When on the Day view, all Planned Calls can be deleted by a single click.
- Offline:
- Log on to Veeva CRM for iPad.
- Tap My Schedule.
- Go to the Agenda view.
- Tap the Action icon next to the Call to the right.
- Tap Delete.
Users can also use the Select button to delete multiple Calls at once in My Schedule’s Week View or Call Cycle View.
- Log on to Veeva CRM for iPad.
- Tap My Schedule.
- Go to the Week view.
- Tap Select and the top right corner and select the call or calls you would like to delete.
- Tap Delete at the button to confirm the deletion.
