Question:
If the same email address is present in multiple email address fields on an Account, and a Health Care Provider (HCP) unsubscribes that address from Approved Email, does this change the Multichannel_Consent_vod record for each field individually?
Answer:
An opt out Multichannel Consent record is recorded for an email address, not for a specific email address field. If an email address is opted out, the opt out applies regardless of which field it was in, or whether it was in more than one email field on the HCP's Account.
