If the same email address is present in multiple fields on an Account, and the Health Care Provider (HCP) unsubscribes that address from Approved Email, does this change the Multichannel_Consent_vod record for each field individually?
An opt out Multichannel Consent record is recorded for an email address, not for a specific email address field. If an email address is opted out, the opt out applies regardless of which or how many email fields that address is stored in on the Account.
