If the same email address is present in multiple fields on the Account Detail and the Health Care Provider (HCP) unsubscribes from Approved Email, does this change the Multichannel_Consent_vod Opt-in record for each field?
Yes, a consent record is valid for the email address. The field is not considered when opting-out. This means that both email addresses are opted-out, if it is the same email address being used.
