Does a Refresh Database send unsynced Transactions or cause any data loss?

Answer:

Refresh Database or Force Full Refresh sends unsynced transactions first and then downloads a new database.

If the unsynced transactions error on the Refresh, the errors remain so they are corrected.

Note: Refreshing the database does not purge or refresh media content.
