The Location field on the Call page is blank in CRM iRep, but it shows as expected in CRM Online.
This is because the VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) for Child Account object is inactive.
Online can default the Location because it has visibility to the Child Account record.
iRep does not have visibility to the Child Account record because the VMOC is inactive. Because of this, iRep believes the Business Account is an invalid Location and does not default it.
Enable the VMOC for Child Account object. Once this is done, the Location field shows as expected on the Call page in CRM iRep.
