How to create a new reference link (anchor) in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate and Edit Relationships permission are needed.

To create a link annotation:

1. Click the View Annotations button.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Select annotation tool button and choose Link.
   
   
   
   
3. Place the mouse cursor on the content (by selecting area, image, or text).
4.  The Select anchors window appears. Find the link’s target reference.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Select or create new anchor in this document.
   
   
   
   
6. Select the required part of the reference.
7. Once completed, click Close on the Select Anchors window.
