How to enable the Account Preview Page in the New Account creation process in CRM Online?
To enable the Account Preview Page, set Account Preview During Creation Veeva Setting = 1.
To turn on this setting, follow the steps:
- Navigate to Setup --> App Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Veeva Settings (Manage).
- Click Edit.
- Change Account Preview During Creation Veeva Setting to 1.
- Clear Veeva Cache.
