Answer:
The following permissions are needed to bring forward annotations:
- Annotate,
- Edit Relationships,
- Edit Fields
Bring Forward Annotations functionality gives the ability to bring forward link, note, and line annotations from prior document versions. To bring forward annotations, do the following:
- Click View Annotations and Bring Forward Annotations.
- Choose the Source version and types of annotations that need to be brought forward.
