The Default On feature that is used to display additional columns Role, Email, Phone, Cell on the View User Territory widget is missing the Role column.
The user does not have access to VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) for a standard SFDC object UserRole.
Be sure VMOC for the UserRole exists, and that the user has access to that VMOC.
