How to re-approve a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
The user needs permission to start this workflow.
A document can be re-approved when the material is fully approved (in most of the cases, the field One-off Use must not equal YES).
In order to initiate the re-approval workflow, follow these steps:
- Click on the Workflow Actions and start the re-approval process by selecting Initiate Reapproval.
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Start the workflow.
