Why are fields related to the all Vault-CRM integrations created in Vault when at least one those integrations is not enabled?
This is working as designed. As of the 18R1 General Release, these fields will be automatically created in Multichannel vaults, however, they will only be functional if the affected Vault-CRM integration is enabled.
Only Admin users will see these fields unless they are enabled in any document type.
