Question:

How to Withdraw or Cancel a Document in Vault PromoMats?

Answer:

The State Behavior of Execute in the Atomic Security for the State and having the Workflow: Start option enabled in the user's Permission Sets is required to start a workflow.  

• Some Vaults allow documents to be Withdrawn or Canceled by starting the required workflow from the Workflow Actions  icon.
               
  
  
• Other Vaults allow documents to be Withdrawn or Canceled by clicking on the state change from the Workflow Actions icon.
