What does Any User or Every User mean when starting a workflow in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

According to the workflow configuration, Vault allows users to choose Any User or Every User when assigning a task to the specific reviewers:

  • Choose Every user to send tasks to every user specified for the role on the workflow start dialogue. Each selected user has to complete a particular task. 
  • Choose Any user to make a task available to all users specified for the role on the workflow start dialogue. Any of these users can claim the task, at which point it becomes unavailable to other users.
