How to remove the Paper Consent Id field in Consent Capture?
Remove FLS on the Paper Consent ID field on the Multichannel Consent object for the affected users.
- Click on the affected user's Profile.
- Go to the Field-Level Security section.
- Click on View next to Multichannel Consent.
- Click on Edit, uncheck Read and Edit Access next to Paper Consent Id.
- Click on Save, Clear Veeva Cache.
