What type of validation, if any, is performed on Approved Email tokens prior to preparing an email?
Veeva CRM applies the following validation on Approved Email tokens prior to preparing the email:
- If the result for the parent query based on the token returns NULL results, nothing is inserted and no validation is required
- If the user does not have Field Level Security (FLS) to any of the fields mentioned as parameters in the token, the result is NULL
- If the user does not have FLS to the SORT BY field, nothing is inserted
