When Installing Sunrise through Go Online in CRM iRep with the following steps:
- Tap the Go Online menu on the Home page in CRM iRep.
- Tap the Sunrise 18R1 Evaluation - iPad Install link on the Home page in CRM Online with the embedded browser.
- Tap the Install now button.
An error occurs: unsupported URL.
The Sunrise installation is not supported through Go Online.
To install the Sunrise, log into the Veeva CRM Online version on the iPad. For example, open Safari and enter the URL to log in to Veeva CRM. Then, follow steps 2 and 3 (above) to install the Sunrise successfully.
