Answer:

There are certain restrictions related to attachments:

Attachment File Size

The maximum file size for uploading attachments into PromoMats is:

• Files up to 4GB 
• Videos up to 2GB

Number of Attachments

A document can contain a maximum of 50 attachments. If more than one file is added to the Attachments section, the limit of 2GB applies to each individual file and not the combined total of all attachments. 

Attachment File Name

When attaching files, their filenames must not be longer than 218 bytes, including the file extension. Note that one character might not be equal to one byte. For instance, the character “菌” takes up three (3) bytes.

Attachment Description

The descriptions for attachments cannot exceed 1,000 characters.
