Answer:

The maximum file size for uploading attachments into PromoMats is:

• Files up to 2GB 
• Videos up to 2GB

Note: If multiple files are added into the Attachments section, the limit of 2GB applies for the file added and not the total of the attachment files added into the Attachments. For example, if four attachments are added, they cannot exceed 8GB, 2 GB per attachment.
