How to edit fields in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Edit Fields permission is needed. 

To update the Information section of a specific document:

1. Go into the Document Information and click Edit Fields:
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll to the relevant field(s) and choose a new value. Example:
   
   
   
   
3. Click Save:
   
   
   
   

NOTES:

• To update the Type, Subtype and Classification, Reclassify permission is needed. 
• To update the Sharing Settings, Edit Sharing Settings permission is needed.
