How to enable the CRM Vinsights Fixed Reports?
Answer:
Fixed Reports require several server-side processes to be enabled for a Customer’s Org. In order to activate Fixed Reports, a Fixed Reports administrator must be setup in your Org. The Fixed Reports administrator is the Veeva CRM user responsible for uploading and processing sales data files.
To setup a user as a Fixed Reports administrator:

Add the Analytics_Admin_vod field to the user object page layouts for the profiles used by Fixed Reports/ Analytics administrators.
- Select the Analytics Admin check box on the designated user’s profile.
Once the administrator’s user profile is updated, the administrator is able to log into their FTP server using their Salesforce username and password and is able to upload sales data files to be processed for Fixed Reports. Contact Support if you do not know your FTP server name.
