Can the Parent Person Account of a Group Call be Added as a Call Attendee in CRM?
Answer:
The Parent Person Account of a Group Call can only be added as a Call attendee if the Call Report Expense functionality is configured.
If this functionality is configured, the Incurred Expense, Expense Attendee Type, and Call Pull-in fields display as in the Attendee Specific Field section. Any other Attendee Specific Fields are not available on the Parent Account. See the below example where Tim Ackerman is the parent Account:
