Question:
Why a user cannot bring forward Annotations from a previous document version in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Annotate and Edit Fields permission is needed to bring forward annotations.
Also, resolved annotations and anchors cannot be brought forward in Vault
The steps below can be completed by a user with admin rights only.
The Bring Forward Annotations functionality has to be enabled in the Vault:
- Navigate to General Settings.
- Scroll down to the Annotations section.
