How to reply to an existing note annotation in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate permission is needed. 

  To reply to an existing note annotation, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the document. 
2. Click View annotations.
   
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the annotation and click on the box. 
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the comment and click Reply.
   
   
   
   
5. The reply appears under the original comment in the same annotation box.
