How to view Note Annotations in PromoMats?

Answer:

There are two ways in how note annotations can be viewed:

• Overlay: Notes appear on top of the document next to the icon. A user can drag and drop the notes to temporarily move them within the page.
  
  
  
  
• Sidebar: Notes appear on the left-hand side. Selecting an annotation brings the related text or area and the note into focus.
