How to create comment annotations on documents in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Annotate permission is needed.
To add a comment, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the document.
- Click Select Tool and select Comment.
- If the area to be referenced contains selectable text, highlight the text. If not, click and drag to select an area for an image annotation or single click (CTRL + click on a Mac) in an area without selectable text to create a sticky comment annotation.
- Type a comment in the annotation info card.
There are optional selections, such as adding tags, notifying a user, or changing the color of the comment (if the company configures it). - After the information has been entered, click Save.
