How to accept an available Task in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Some tasks can be sent to a group and should be completed by one person only.

There are two ways in which the task can be accepted:

• Open the document to see an orange bar above the material and click Accept:
  
  
  
  
• Find the document in the Available Tasks view and click Accept:
