How to upload an Imported Rendition to a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Edit Fields permission is needed. 

To upload an Imported Rendition, please follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the document.
2. From the Doc Info panel, select the Document Files tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the (+) in the Renditions section.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Imported Rendition from the drop-down menu and click Choose a File to select the file.
   
   
   
   
5. Once the file is selected, click Upload. 
   
   
   
   
6. The Imported Rendition can be seen in the Renditions section.
