How can the user add an additional field to the filter drop-down in My Schedule on Veeva CRM Offline?
Answer:
The SCHEDULER_FILTER Veeva Setting is used to define common filter attributes. The user can add additional fields in the following manner: Enter the field's API name with a prefix ADD for Address or ACC for Account.
Example: ACC.Specialty_1_vod__c or ADD.Zip_vod__c, etc., This is shown below:
Once the relevant field is added to the SCHEDULER_FILTER Veeva Setting, the field is available in the filter section in My Schedule in Offline Mode.
