Can multiple CRM Orgs be linked to one Vault?
Answer:
Multiple CRM Orgs may be linked to a single Vault. Documents are synced to whichever CRM Org the user runs when using the CLM Admin Console.
Please note, one CRM Org syncing does not lock out another CRM Org from syncing the same content. Once the document is available on the Content Distribution Server (CDN), the content is available for all the CRM Orgs linked to the Vault. WHERE clauses may be configured on the required CRM Org to determine which documents are synced from the Vault.
