Why does the document not show in the CRM Org when the Send to CLM action is performed in Vault?
Answer:
The Send to CLM action does not send to the CRM environment. This feature puts the content in the Content Distribution Server (CDN) so that it can be retrieved using the integrations in CRM.
After the Send to CLM action is performed, the user is still required to perform the sync or refresh in the CLM Admin Console in CRM or using the CRM Publishing tab in Vault. The document is published in the CRM Org when the sync is performed.
