What is the Send as Link functionality in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

The Send as Link option allows a user to send a hyperlink (to the current version of the document or binder) to selected users. The link can be sent to other users in Vault and to non-Vault users (depending on Vault’s configuration).

• Users can choose this option from the All Actions menu of the document:
  
  
  
  
• From the Send as Link window select the recipients to send the document. From Add Recipients a user can select a Vault User or a non Vault User to send the document as link.
  
  
  
  
• The recipient is added automatically in the Sharing Settings as a Viewer role.
