Question:

How does the information icon in the Details screen work and is it configurable in CRM For iPad (iRep)? 

Answer:

The information icon is hard-coded. When tapping the Info button, it opens a popup that shows the record ID, Mobile_ID, and Record Type ID.

It is not configurable to hide it or show fields needed by a business.
