Question:
How can a Vault user interpret Vault Entry Criteria error messages?
Answer:
When Entry Criteria is not satisfied, the user receives a message box explaining which condition is not met.
Example:
The Impact Analyst is Not Blank rule is not suggesting that this field should be left blank. It simply means that if the Impact Analyst field is Not Blank (has content), only then does the document continue in the Workflow.
One way to avoid misinterpretations is by placing the phrase "Ensure that..." before the Entry Criteria (e.g. Ensure that Impact Analysts is Not Blank).
