What is the maximum length allowed for the customText drop-down/picklist token in CRM Approved Email?
There is no character limit per option or a limit to the number options available when using the customText token to create a picklist or drop-down.
However, the content may look odd if the picklist option is especially long. Customers have experienced options being cut off when more than 100 characters are used. Technically, there is no limit, but the UI might not be the best representation of the option if it is incredibly long. This should be thoroughly tested before moving to production.
