What is the maximum length of the customText drop-down token in CRM Approved Email?
There is no character limit per option or a limit for the number options available. The content may look odd if the picklist option is really long. Customers have experienced options being cut off when more than 100 characters are used. Technically, there is no limit, but the UI might not be the best representation of the option if it is incredibly long. This should be thoroughly tested before moving to production.
