Is it expected behavior to have both Staged and Approved Emails for CRM Approved Documents in an Org?
Out-of-the-Box Approved Email pushes both Staged and Approved Documents into a CRM ORG. Only Approved Email Administrators are able to see the Staged Approved Documents. If using a Custom Field in Vault and the WHERE clause is in the Approved Email Administration tab, the desired Approved Documents may be filtered out.
