Why does a new Vault workflow not appear in the Action menu? The workflow is active and all steps are valid. The Document Type, inherited from the Base Document type, lists the workflow.
The workflow needs to be configured as a User Action in the Lifecycle --> State --> User Action area. This allows the workflow to appear in the Action menu for the appropriate document Lifecycle state.
