Question:
Is there a way to notify users on how to log in to a new Vault?
Answer:
There are two options:
- A System Admin or Vault Owner can perform a reset password for each user from the user maintenance page. This sends an email to the user with instructions on how to update the user password.
- If a user knows the Vault username, that user can access the Vault login page and click on the forgot your password link, and enter the Vault username (which may or may not match the user email address). The system sends an email with instructions on how to update the password.
