The customer does not use the Write-in Team Member Type. How can it be removed from the Team Member Type drop-down on the Event Team Member creation page in CRM?
The Write-in value only displays if the First Name and Last Name fields are on the Event Team Member page layout. If the customer does not use this value, removing these two fields from the page layout can remove this value from the drop-down.
This should be controlled based on the page layout, rather than deactivating the out-of-the-box (OOTB) Team Member Type picklist value.
