Overview:
A user is syncing but not seeing current data, new configuration, or updated permission on an Offline device. The Activity logs show an error: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code
Root Cause:
Cocoa errors are usually given if the Offline database is corrupt.
Solution:
Refresh the database by using the following steps:
- Log in to iRep with the old password.
- Navigate to: Options --> Database.
- Perform a Database Refresh.
If a database refresh is unable to resolve the corruption the user will need to complete a full uninstall/reinstall of their application.
