Question:
Why does the lookup filter not take effect in the Products field for Medical Inquiries object in CRM?
Example:
A user sets up Filter Criteria that looks up Products not equal to ExampleProduct. However, the product is still appearing on the lookup page.
Lookup Filter Set up:
Result (Filtered-out product still shows up):
Answer:
This is working as designed. The Lookup Filter is not supported in the Medical Inquiry object.
